Coconut briquette charcoal is one of the most in-demand charcoal types worldwide, especially for shisha (hookah). It is made from 100% natural coconut shells with no chemical additives, and is known for snow-white ash and a long, odorless, spark-free burn.
What Is Coconut Briquette Charcoal?
Coconut shells are carbonized, ground into a fine powder, mixed with a natural binder (tapioca starch) and pressed into cube molds. The result is a charcoal of uniform shape and size that burns evenly for more than 60 minutes.

Key Benefits
- Snow-white ash: burns down to bright white ash, a sign of clean charcoal and low ash content.
- No odor or sparks: burns quietly with no odor, so it does not affect the taste of the shisha. Always use it in a well-ventilated space.
- Long burn: 60 to 90 minutes depending on size, so less charcoal is used per session.
- High hardness: withstands pressure and handling without crumbling, which reduces breakage in transit.
- 100% natural: no chemical additives, just coconut shells and tapioca starch.
