Hookah cube size and specifications
The size of the cube controls how much heat reaches the bowl and how long each piece lasts. We make 22, 25, 26 and 27 mm cubes. The 27 mm cube is our size for Europe, especially Germany, and we supply the other sizes to whatever each market asks for. Not sure which size your customers prefer? Packing under your own brand
Hookah cubes go into 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg boxes inside a 10 kg master carton for retail, or straight into 10 kg cartons for cafés and wholesalers. Lump charcoal is packed in paper bags or sacks. Every pack from 250 g to 20 kg can carry your design and logo, so you sell under your own name.

We quote Ex Works (EXW) from New Damietta or delivered to port (CFR / CIF) for the port you name. The main ports in the three countries include Umm Qasr in Iraq, Beirut and Tripoli in Lebanon, and Aqaba in Jordan. Freight rates and transit times change from one shipment to the next, so we confirm them when you order.

Payment and documents
Once we agree, you receive a proforma invoice listing grades, quantities and delivery terms. Our payment terms are the same for every buyer: 50% in advance before work starts and 50% against documents.
Each shipment comes with the standard documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. If your customs or clearing agent needs an extra certificate, tell us before shipment so we can arrange it. Details in our guide to charcoal export documents.
